Fantastic food,,super friendly staff in clean and pleasant uniforms. 5 star rating, place looking really good, very welcoming dining area nice and quiet . Separate take away and delivery area. Well presented tables and top food presentation. Table availability? Yes any time. Food freshness? Made from scratch, and fresh ingredients Food selection? Large choice good menu Waiting time from order? 5 minutes If you find yourself in the area it is well worth trying. Highly recommend
Really good food! Had the "spicy" haddock and chips and they were amazing. The fish was amazingly fried and the chips were crispy but not too oily, which I was really happy about. Furthermore, the size of the fish was huge, I could barely finish it in one sitting. The staff were also very nice. Would definitely visit again.
Pretty good cod and chips. For some reason most of London doesn't do a really good chippy. They put the food in a box instead of wrapped in paper and I think you end up with less chips than you would expect this way. The fish has always been really good but maybe a few more chips, also the difference between medium and large size is not noticeable. But around here it's about as good as you can get so I go back
Really nice staff and clean restaurant but… I wanted the quarter pounder burger but their griller wasn’t working so I ordered the chicken burger meal. It’s a small burger and looooads of stale chips. It’s a fish shop so next time I’ll stick to the fish but the other items on the menu are not worth it
There are so many places to get fish and chips in London, but none of them offer 6 different types of fish to choose from except the place with "fish" in their name! If you want the best fish and chips, these guys are for you!
I’ve been using this place for years. But since they now deliver the quality control on the orders going out are really poor. I’ve had to give them feed back or complain pretty much every-time. Some times the fish really smells, sometimes they leave the fish out altogether from the order- sometimes the fish comes with no batter at all as it so soggy, its stuck to the box. sometimes we get 4 boxes of chips and one sausage which Was never ordered and the list goes on. But it’s just too many times and last night was the final straw, picture below this is supposed to be Rock!! Shame so it’s a One star from me.

great fish&chips place, to go or to stay. vibrant, lovely staff. Sometimes you have to wait for your order, but that’s why they prepare it fresh. And it’s always a pleasure to wait because the atmosphere is nice and there’s a lot of laughters.
Contrary to the other reviews I thought the chips were delicious. Thick, fluffy in the middle and perfectly seasoned with salt and vinegar. There was a long queue at 5.30pm on a Friday and now I see why as the food was lovely.
Nice chips, but poor service. Very slow, and despite the illustration, you aren't allowed to have salad and chips together!
