If you require a re-wire these are not the guys! they turn all my furniture over even though we placed all the funiture in the centre of each room as requested, they stated they would cover our belongings which they didn't! we then asked for money off for cleaning the furniture, which they stated they took the project on as a lost and didn't allow for covering of looking after our furniture, which i would have assumed was a industry standard. I'm a charted project manager in construction, this has been one of the most unprofessional companies i have ever dealt with, i then spent 1 week managing their men as they were installing thing incorrectly or missing them off the list and marked areas. 
avoid using for large jobs as they seem to subcontract them to other companies without managing them.
