Mr electric came to do some work on the lights in my building. They accessed the building and decided to hand me over to to a supplier, who in turn use Mr electric for the installation of the new lights. Mr electric said the work would be done in 2 days. Half way through the first day they said they would need an extra day at an extra cost of £580 ( these are the people who came in and accessed the building ). As they were now the sub contractor they were not my responsibility, I declined as this was not part of the quote and 8% more. The work slowed down after this. My understanding is that this company is owed by father and son, his son was one of the electricians who was doing the work. Multiple times he was sitting on bed playing with his phone or watching the other electrician work. On the second day of work after taking an 1 hours break at 10.30am he then had an 30 min lunch break at 2.30pm. The way they work is awful, they made excuse to try and get more money. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. In all fairness the other electrician was good!

Clean, efficient and reliable. Recommended by my insurance company and i was very happy with the work carried out. Not the cheapest, but excellent service at a reasonable price.
