Someone called me up, said that I needed to cancel my order on UberEats and that they would still deliver if I paid £40 cash. I said I would not cancel and I didn’t want to be charged. It was duly cancelled and I got the refund. Long story short, the delivery never came and Me Chans apparently knew nothing about the other even though they had cancelled on Uber eats. They tried to say they can’t cancel but it was cancelled after they called me
Got a Thai red curry, chilli beef and house special fried rice. Food was good but today I’ve got a terrible case of food poisoning.
I've ordered from here so many times and never had any issues. However this evening I've found what looks like a small cockroach in my chicken dish. It was a sizeable insect -this is a total deal-breaker for me so unfortunately I won't order again. It's a shame as we've always enjoyed the food in the past.
Due to issues out of my control, we was delivered the complete wrong order. Called the restaurant and was met with a very unhelpful person who basically told me it wasnt their fault and to deal with it...sad as we have been many times to this establishment but will not be returning.
Awful customer service. Spent over £70 and wrong food delivered and was told there was nothing they could do and hung up! Can’t even eat the food delivered as one of the people eating is allergic to some foods. No offer of resolution from the restaurant - terrible customer service. Order regularly from this restaurant but never again!
Used to be really good. Last 6 months gone really downhill. Last 4 or 5 orders have been average. Tonight's order was terrible. Couldn't eat. All reheated, not fresh and soggy.
Had the most delicious takeaway which was reasonably priced. The large pancake rolls were tasty, crispy & not dripping with oil. Our other main courses were good sized portions packed with mixed meat & king prawns. The service was efficient & prompt. Would certainly recommend Mr Chan's.
Best Chinese I’ve ever had. Live in north London and at least twice a month try head down here not only for the good food but for the reasonable prices
Ordered here a few times, they always get the order wrong, then take no responsibility for it, the final straw for me is when they sent chicken uncooked and it turned up pink.. disgusting and no care for what they are giving customers. Please avoid this place unless you want to have food poisoning.
Possibly the worst food I've ever ordered this evening don't know what's happened with the chef but never again for me ...disgusting
