Phoned yesterday to check items were in stock. Called in this morning, loasked and away within 5 minutes.

Sorry but can give no stars so it had to be a one star.

Totally uaeless. Be careful what you order over the phone with this company. They cannot get it right, will do nothing to put it right and will not go out of their way to rectify the issue. Go to other online boiler mercharts first.

Ordered a part to be delivered for an installation to a customer paid the delivery charge and waited the next day.... nothing. Several tims i called them and oh its being delivered. Not once did they think to question or check on the delivery.

This happened three times over three days. Lots.of phone calls to them questioning the non delivery not once did they check until now and whoopi. They reised they sent it to the wrong address. They say they cannot do anything and the customer is jow without heating and hot water for four days (seven if i leave it upto the these jokers) but they will refund the delivery charge. Change tour jobs and become comedians, you will do a lot better.

Buyer beware if buying from these people.
