He left me fron the 9th of november till the 17th of december with no hot water at all. Took weeks for him to get a part, then even longet to fit the part. Multiple times i was told he was on his way and he didn't arive. He left me in the dark, with no updates and me chasing him for any news or a time scale. When he did fit the part the work was poor leaving taps stuck in a wonky positions. This was very disappointing as i rang him due to other reviews, however he did not live up at all, and the bad experience will have me looking at ANY alternatives if ever i have another issue.
Came out to fix the heating knowing I had a newborn in the home and needed the heating working, didn’t know the difference between a combi boiler and a condensed boiler, he advised he was confused over the setup with the boiler and then advised it needed to be condemned said he was nipping to his car to get further advice then didn’t come back leaving me thinking my home was dangerous for me and my baby, then didn’t follow procedure, would strongly recommend you do not trust this engineer that's if he is a qualified engineer wasted my time and left me another night with no heating
Actually ran away from job, cause he didn't understand what was entailed. Spineless and useless.
