Ordered the stuff to be delivered in 2_3 working days. 3 days pass told another 5 days. Asked for refund still waiting 10 days later for £450. Nice to see the big companies helping destroy small businesses and sole traders. I'd look elsewhere that speak the truth and di as the website States.
Also known on-line as Cleanclad. On-line site is a bit deceptive. Sales line not manned as advertised so don't expect to contact them outside of usual business hours. E-mail address on order receipts not monitored and so you won't be able to contact them that way either! Plastic sheet delivered next day, however, adhesive to carry out the installation 4 days later. Seems little concern when finally contacted.
Says on website delivery 1-3 days... £18 for two 8 x 4 1.5mm sheets...you would expect next day delivery for that. Phoned today to ask where goods were and was told someone would call back but didnt so I rang them again and was told they will be here on thursday another 48 hours. Well, lets see what happens. I will keep you posted but for the owners or managers sake "If you are gonna ply trade on your website then its wise to keep to your trade descriptions"...otherwise you end up with folk like me keeping tradesmen hanging around because you can't be bothered to get your fingers out. Shame I didnt look at the negative reviews which now heavily outweigh the positive at 19:5...shocking!
I have zero confidence in this company. They failed to deliver an order within a reasonable time, never made promised replies to phonecalls, and have still not given a refund five weeks after the cancellation. I will never use them again.
Placed order 2 weeks in advance . Arranged by email . Used holiday to stay home for this company to not turn up . When contacted they changed the date and didn’t tell us . I think 1 star is generous . I’d recomend using someone else .
Avoid! Lied about items all being in stock. Then lied about delivery date, twice! Then lied about refund. Had to claim back via paypal. Trust the bad reviews. I'm guessing the good ones are posted by employees.
Placed an order on the 7th Feb and still not arrived almost 2 weeks later, made several phone calls and just put you on hold and leave you waiting, said they aren’t able to refund as they aren’t authorised so will need to speak to a manager, the manager isn’t available. Do not use this company.
Warning - Poor customer service. Our pallet was unloaded and we unpacked and discovered that it was incorrect. We immediately put in 10 calls and the guy has yet to reply to my messages and calls. Don't use them as they trade as Clean Clad too
Appalling. Purchased 2 items online in August. Following phone calls and emails chasing this, its October and i have had no items or refund of my £52. Disgusting
Products are good, but very expensive. Customer service is diabolical. They've done everything possible to avoid replacing an £18 item damaged in transit
