Products are good, but very expensive. Customer service is diabolical. They've done everything possible to avoid replacing an £18 item damaged in transit
Placed order 2 weeks in advance . Arranged by email . Used holiday to stay home for this company to not turn up . When contacted they changed the date and didn’t tell us . I think 1 star is generous . I’d recomend using someone else .
Placed an order on the 7th Feb and still not arrived almost 2 weeks later, made several phone calls and just put you on hold and leave you waiting, said they aren’t able to refund as they aren’t authorised so will need to speak to a manager, the manager isn’t available. Do not use this company.
Great company, great service and great delivery times will deffo use these guys again.
Avoid! Lied about items all being in stock. Then lied about delivery date, twice! Then lied about refund. Had to claim back via paypal. Trust the bad reviews. I'm guessing the good ones are posted by employees.
