Very poor service. Nightmare to get an appointement. The Practice let me down, when we badly needed a doctor for our 1,5 year old girl who was in bad condition. I rang a Centre and the was no way she would be seen by doctor regardles her condition. We took her to Craigavon Hospital where she was diagnosed with condition. In the mean time Dr. McShane gave me a ring saying to bring her in right away, but it was too late. She was already in hospital. These situations is an every day battle. Rang this morning at 8.30 looking for appointement for myself. I have made 26 phone calls. It was 8.45 and appiontements service was still unable closed; I suppose, someone was late for work. When I finally got through about 9.0 am, there was no appointements left. It is a nighmare. We are paying huge taxes towards Health Care, but I feel like all the money are going to maintaiment costs and wages insted focusing on patients. Only two doctors in the practice is not enough to provide care for people. Moy Health Centre lost a propose of what it really should be. I would be very happy not to pay a penny from our taxes towards Health Service and use that money to get help in the private sector where help is provided right on the spot.
Has become so bad. Impossible to actually see a doctor now. Their phone system is a shambles, if you do get through to someone you'll probably get cut off. Big improvements needed.
nightmere!!!!every single time when trying to call have to wait in the que from 30 min to more than 1 h.have 3 kids and to call them everytime cost lots of money and time....most of the time phone call ends after they answer in 2-5 mins. .
Very poor communication. Keep sending me home instead of even trying. Even Lost my files.
You can get no answers and a headache or you can get solved and a headache.. Not good.
