Rude racist older gentleman slagging the Chinese and laughing in the face of customers seems only interested in up selling to one of their own models and not giving genuine advice also tried to sell me a used second hand part to be rudely told I had no rights in returning it if it doesn't fit even though consumer rights dictate that if it is not fit for purpose an item can and should be returned esp a second hand item that wasn't even packaged, when mentioned this he aggressively grabbed the accessory and turned away from me. A shocking customer service experience.
These boys are the best at what they do. If you want proper advice and someone who knows what they are doing , give them a call. Value for money is excellent too.

Beware - Rip off. Contacted Mowercare to see if they had a recoil spring for my cement mixer Pull Start. Spoke with Craig who was very helpful, he confirmed he had a spring that would do and I could get sorted that afternoon if I popped in. I took the disassembled pull start in for spring fitting, Craig fitted in the spring as I waited but he wasn’t too happy with its operation and asked me to come back after I’d finished other business near by. Went back fifteen minutes later and ended up speaking to an older gentleman who confirmed the spring had been fitted and it was working and the cost is £30. WTF - I nearly died! I’d been pricing replacement springs on the internet earlier in the day and they all came in at less than £5, I’d also priced up complete Recoil Starter assemblies and they had come in at around £14. I could have bought two starter assemblies for my £30 and still had change - so much for supporting local businesses who moan about the internet. When questioned about the price, the older gentleman slagged of the Chinese engine the starter was off and said they’ve got to make a living. Clearly and by ripping off his customers! Won’t be back!!
