1st time wedding dress shopping with my daughter and her mum in law to be. We were treated like super stars. Rosie looked after us and listened to everything my daughter said about her dress wishes. Rosie helped my daughter try on several dresses and then she said I know the perfect one. It was beautiful and we all loved it. Rosie was amazing and made our day even more special
All I can say is WOW! I had my first bridal appointment today with Lisa and it was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable as I was a little nervous for my first appointment. All the dresses she picked were so beautiful and she helped me find my favourite dress! I can’t thank mousetrap enough. Thank you so much X
Took my daughter to the boutique prom dress shopping. The girls were really kind and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and helped my daughter pick the perfect dress. They also make sure no one else from the same school has the same dress which is brilliant. Would definitely recommend

Mousetrap never fail to deliver on service. Great new idea of having your own rail to take around the shop wasn't available 4 years ago when we came and bought a dress for my older daughter and pick some dresses to try on. Although it is a long process, we never felt rushed by the consultant. She was extremely helpful and, because her knowledge of the dresses available, she actually picked out the dress that we subsequently bought. Great company, great staff and I would highly recommend this boutique.
We came to Mousetrap to look for a prom dress. Everyone was friendly and we were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked into the shop. I would like to say a big Thank you to Precious, my daughter is quite shy and does not like being centre of attention but Precious put her at ease straight away and gave her a great experience. We found a prom dress which is beautiful
I had an amazing bridal session with Rosie and she was amazing! She explained everything, was super helpful and so knowledgeable. She asked how I felt the whole way through, and then based on what I liked / didn’t like, brought other dresses to try. An amazing experience, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
We bought my daughter's prom dress from Mousetrap for July 2022. There were some issues with the providers of the dress and it seemed that it may not make delivery in time. The girls at the shop were amazing - the communication was fantastic and there was no way they were going to leave my daughter without a dress. The owner went out of her way to get a new fitting time to suit us where we found a back up dress. Thankfully the dress arrived on the last day possible before we would have had to swap to a different dress and get some alterations made. They could not have done anymore to help in the situation. We will be back in two and a bit years time for the next daughter!
Highly Recommended!! I was served by Rosie, she was absolutely lovely and super helpful. I was looking for a wedding dress, i wasn't rushed or limited to a number of dresses. They have a beautiful selection of bridal, prom, bridesmaid dresses and more. We had a very welcoming experience
The staff at mousetrap are absolutely wonderful. They listen to what you would like, work hard to help find you the perfect dress. They go above and beyond to be helpful throughout the whole process of looking for a dress , trying on dresses to , sizing and buying. I highly recommend mousetrap as the dresses and staff are second to none. My daughter found her perfect prom dress and is over the moon.
