Great and very attentive staff, great products with great prices
Have seen all the five sterling reviews, these people obviously weren't served be Steven! Very unpleasant guy who doesn't seem to enjoy his job! Whilst serving me at the checkout didn't converse at all and had a conversation with a young female member of staff not engaging with his customer.
When I went to get a jacket, a helpful member of staff pointed out a deal I missed and got a free pair of trousers. Other staff, even though the shop was really busy, seemed really helpful to other customers.
Had a slight problem with a pair of boots I bough in April. Called in today and changed them for a better pair. Becca was super helpful and ensured everything was done correctly and to my total satisfaction. The service I receive here is why I will always go to Mountain Warehouse Perth. Thank you.
The customer service we received from the Perth store manager was absolutely amazing! So friendly and helpful. Such a lovely shopping experience.
Brilliant and friendly staff. Team member Kerry even went out her way to disassemble a dummy in order to get the shirt I wanted when all others were out of stock. Would highly recommend
Great shoes. Always worn down the soles on a shoe but i invested the small price into a pair of shoes and have had them for a year sole still not gone. Friendly staff always willing to help. Great range of things from shoes to jackets, from tents to torches. You need something for outdoors good chance they will have it.
I went to the shop to try some clothes prior ordering them online. As I walked in a shop assistant came up to me and helped me to find what I'm looking for. Within 3 min I was trying on the clothes. Within 10 min I left the shop with the clothes that fit well instead of ordering them online. With this I want to say that this was a great experience in a shop where I saved so much time actually instead of ordering it online.
This ones in the middle of Perth. It has all of the usual stock associated with the brand. Great value for money and lasts well. The staff here set the place aside, always super helpful and friendly. Order on line and find it doesn't fit....you can exchange in store with the relevant documentation.
Absolutely amazing staff, courier lost my parcel, not their fault, but went above and beyond to sort it out for me, mostly served by Alison but all staff nice and helpful. Couldnt ask for a better service.
