There's plenty of stock and you can order online from in store if you can't get what you need . You also get free delivery if you order from the store to your home saving £4.50. Also they often have promotions online but not in-store so check first as they will price match. Helpful and friendly staff.
Overcharged me. Had to piss about going back to the store to sort it out, but they did do it and also gave me a discount on my purchase for the inconvenience
Bought my first ever walking boots, from the kids rail, only £26.10 reduced from £59.99 no VAT as kids. The boots are amazing. Great staff and super value.

I have spent over £200 in this store in last 5 years. The staff always make you feel welcome. The staffs knowledge of there products they sell is fantastic. The staffs customer service skills are always exceptional
Bought a very nice polo shirt at half price, and the very helpful lady assistant placed an order for me for another two shirts at the same price which were delivered to my home a few days later at no extra charge. Excellent service.
Troy was an absolute star in helping me find what i needed, only downside was he woudnt lend a hand in the changing rooms which would of made my day. Full of knowledge and unfortunately not full of me
Great showroom with good collection but the assistant manager Kerry was a big let down. We forgot to ask for the Bluelight discount whilst billing and asked if it could be added on. However she was quite abrupt about it and kept on muttering that it should have been done before and that it was quite a hassle to do it. Me and my husband did apologise several times but she kept on repeating the same louder each time and other customers were looking at us. The whole episode was embarrassing and she did not even look at us when she gave us the bill. The other staff at the store were friendly and helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are very reasonable and have a wide variety of products in store.
