Loved the forest/jungle design on the walls as we walked in, very pretty. A variety of different outdoor clothing and shoes to choose from. It was like a maze in there which was brilliant. Easy to see clothing and navigate the store without the need to follow a certain path, which was refreshing for a change. The music was a bit dull as I'm used to listening to those songs at work... But the whole time, it was absolutely freezing in there! I couldn't help but shiver the entire time. On top of that I was wearing a coat and a jumper! I'm just wondering how the cashier hasn't frozen to ice as he was in solely a jumper. Apart from that, very friendly customer service and we are satisfied with our purchase in the end!
Big and proud in Aberystwyth, closing soon in May 2023. For now however, staff are nice, it's relatively quite and still has a large amount of stock for very well discounted prices. Didn't expect to buy anything and came out with several items as they were so cheap yet perfectly high quality. Definitely recommend popping in whilst it's around.

It's a smart store but they used to be reasonably price. The prices have gone up a lot but no difference in quality.

An excellent store with very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased items in the sale and bought at half price. They did not have the items in stock, but ordered for me on line and arranged to have the order mailed to my home address free of charge. The order arrived two days later. I have dealt with them a lot and can thoroughly recommend them.
I really have to say how lovely the lad was who served us. He was polite and really helpful. A true credit to the store. I had never heard of it before but I will be buying all my camping clothing from here in future
I went in to return a pair of boots that were faulty. I understand its a busy time of year but the manager looked at me in disgust, was rude and acted like it a petulant child. I don't want to buy a pair of waterproof boots, get my feet wet in a bit of wet grass and treated like that.
Staff were super friendly and very helpful, got exactly what I needed today. Sells stuff for artic conditions at reasonable prices and has changing rooms so you can try stuff on also. Shame about the Christmas music playing in November but hey ho.
Very pleasant experience shopping here yesterday. Found some good bargains. Staff were polite and helpful, especially the young chap who served me. Will def recommend to friends.
