I had my contraception procedure done at Molshyam Lodge Sexual Care Center, and I am extremely happy with the service I received. The staff were very professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which helped reduce my anxiety. The treatment was handled with great care and respect. I truly appreciate their compassion and excellent service. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking sexual health services.
I came to Moulsham Lodge yesterday 23/01/25 for a Deep implant removal that had been fitted elsewhere, from the telephone consultation to the procedure I cannot fault them. The lady who booked me in over the phone was happy chatty and put me at ease. The lovely gentleman who saw me in a did my blood pressure etc was wonderful. As were the Dr and her colleague who removed my implant. Full aftercare was sent before I’d even got out of the building and I was put at ease the entire time. After three failed attempts and many journeys around Essex over many months I was so relieved to get the bloody thing out! Thank you so much Moulsham Lodge team! X
This clinic from the first phone call has been amazing, Elise kept checking up and making sure I was ready for my procedure. On arrival to the clinic I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. On the day I met with Andrea aka Cheryl Cole and Joe who helped out. What an amazing lady, she made me feel relaxed, talked me through the process, Joe was helpful and kind. Thanks again guys :
I got an appt with this clinic within 24 hours after the kind gentleman on the phone could hear my distress at having no joy anywhere else. The 2 nurses I saw were so kind, compassionate and understanding of why I was visiting and the small procedure I had done was painless. 5 star ratings for all of them!
I am extremely pleased with my experience with this clinic. The appointment process was easy yes you may have to wait a while to get through, like most medical appointments nowadays but once through to reception, they were so kind and helpful and got me booked in relatively soon. My experience on the day was brilliant. I was so nervous but the nurses who inserted my implant were amazing and really caring. Unfortunately I have not got on with the implant and need it taken out which has been a few months later. I rang the clinic this morning and the lady on reception was so helpful and caring again, really sympathetic and managed to get me booked in for the next morning. I really recommend this clinic and would always return.
