Great place. Really helpful, friendly and accommodating. I test rode a bike that I was keen on but a change in circumstances meant I couldn’t proceed in the end, but that didn’t affect anything. Matt was really understanding. Made to feel very welcome and at home and the coffee was most welcomed after a chilly hour to ride-out there.
Just purchased a harley davidson from richard at the motorbike shack, what a very friendly and helpful guy, had a great deal too and have made a new friend in the process, a very knowledgeable guy especially if you need some work done on your harley... Old or new.
Brilliant service. Excellent price. Very trustworthy. No big dealership issues here. Great customer service and feel like a valued customer. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The coffee is excellent too
Took my van van in for a new shock, had it fitted in 20mins.
Brought a bike 3 years service was 10 stars. I recently got knocked off bike a problem occurred Richard went above and beyond to help and sorted it for me. If go to buy bike and don't buy it,your day will be worth it just to meet Richard he is the most kindest helpful and generous person I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Unfortunately google will only let me give 5 star I think Richard is worth a lot more stars.

They are very friendly people and will bend over backwards to help you. It is the reason they have a good customer base and customers always come back. Plus they always offer you a coffee which gives you a chance to shoot the breeze with other customers and their experiences. Will definitely deal with them again.
Love getting Ivan or Matthew looking at my bike. They know their stuff and just give you honest advice/ feedback.
