Phones and visited the store this. Was greeted and helped out in a super helpful manner. Got the part I needed, the store attendant fitted it and both the gentleman who was dealing with me and his colleague gave me some sound advice. Just wanted to publicly say thanks for everything today!

Very helpfull staff,if they havnt got what you want they will sorse it..just had a battery recently and they fitted it..

Called and asked about my cars headlights.... guy in the phone said ‘bring it down and we’ll have a look’....
Took it down, he changed the bulbs and sorted everything out in a matter of minutes!! 
Would really recommend these guys, customer service is exemplary

Used this place for 45 years on and off. Less lately as a succession of new managers promise better things, good trade service, keen prices, all of which came to nothing. Final straw today as I popped in for a headlight and sidelight bulb. £11!! Are you having a laugh?? No wonder the place is always quiet! Incidentally, they cost me £5 at your nearest competitor five minutes from you.
