Popped in for a bulb .... Absolutely brilliant service, took soo much time trying to fit bulbs x 2 for me ... Really appreciated the care and attention .... I certainly won't hesitate to recommend .... Many Thanks

Great people who go above and beyond to delivery a really good service. I called in as my battery was playing up, the chap diagnosed the issue, fitted a new battery and took the time to explain what the issue was. I shop here often and the service is consistently good, always looking to help.

If you're after some last minute car cleaning products, be prepared to be stung or just don't bother... how they can justify charging £21 for PoorBoys products that should be max £15rrp is criminal, it's PoorBoys stuff! One still had the previous motorworld £14.99 sticker on it! Total bill was £30 with a 10% discount for the polish, some solder and a few crimp connectors as I was stuck for bits locally...won't bother and will wait for online orders or travel elsewhere next time. Staff are nice and helpful so they alone are a saving grace and bring it up to 2 stars.

Bought a bike for my daughter 3 years ago from motorworld at the time and just been down and the man adjusted her seat and handles suitable for her bike abilitie in a weeks time thankyou spartan

Customer service great fitted my car key battery for me. I stupidly left my purse on the counter. Went back next day and was reunited with my purse. Restored my faith in humanity, there are some decent people left. Cheers lads.

Needed help and advice regarding my Volvo. Noel advised, fitted wiper blades, checked out my needs re small scratches on my car, sorted paint after contacting Volvo direct re the colour and couldn’t have been more helpful despite being so busy in the shop at the time, due to only 2 staff being available. I would like to thank Noel for this excellent service. Well done Noel at Motor World!

Brilliant service changed my daughter headlight bulb which was in a very awkward place thankyou very much

What a useless place for parts.  Phoned them to order panel mounting clips for a interior panel which had come loose on the dashboard, but they asked to see the vehicle to ensure they ordered the correct ones.   Took the van to show them, 2 men looked at the panel and then ordered the clips for arrival following day at 10.30am.  Drove back the following day at lunchtime to be told the order hadn't arrived and they would phone me, they never did.  I phoned again before closing to say the order still haven't arrived, so they would re-order .  They phone me the following afternoon to say the clips had arrived when I again drove to the shop they were completely the wrong clips not even for my make of vehicle.  Then they stated that those clips couldn't be ordered and had to be supplied by the main dealership, yet a different sales person with his opinion.  Found them on Amazon for £5 and free delivery. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING HERE FOR ADVICE OR PARTS.
