Came here just over a week ago for a tattoo by Kat and was greeted by the lovely Lou at the front desk who was very hospitable, chatty and friendly and made me feel really welcome while I waited. I absolutely LOVE my tattoo! Kat is friendly, professional and absolutely nailed the design. It was exactly as I had imagined it. Thank you to everyone to made my experience here such a good one. X

My sister and I got piercings today, the piercer was amazing she described everything she was going to do and made us feel as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be returning for more peircings and tattoos in the future.
