Beware Caravans! Only 5 spaces but when we visited there were at least 18 Caravans and Motorhomes. This is a combined north/south services so effectively 2.5 spaces each way. The only spaces left were lots of coach spaces and only 2 coaches so we stopped there. Once parked you see a sign saying that by parking there you agree to pay £100, policed by ANPR! So we are expecting a fine on our return home from holiday. Perhaps give this services a miss as we will in future.
Good selection of food and non-food retailers. Plenty of parking spaces, some with charging points. Toilet facilities well, at least the Ladies are clean and well maintained.
really good selection of food inside and the toilets are very clean and don't smell how most services do really bad. nice atmos for a stress relieving poo and snack before getting back on the road.
Clean ish toilets, good selection of eateries and places to shop. We ate at the Burger King and the food was hot. The tables were kept clean which is rare for a service station. Would stop here again.
Spotless. Lots of outlets all providing a wide range of first class food and drinks. Wish there are more services as good as this on our motorway network . Can't speak too highly of the experience. Well done to all those who work there.
I usually give all services 2 stars with at least one deducted for over the top prices. But the showers here are excellent
Great facilities with plenty of ev charging points normal & fast, nice spacious disability toilets and plenty of shop especially Greggs
Typical services costs for both fuel and food but clean, small enough and a bit out the way to be quieter for traffic. Only issue, I was on a motorcycle and the fuel station had diesel on the ground by the pumps, so boots super slippy at the fist roundabout. Expected tyre's to be the same for a few miles.
Nice facility. Clean toilets. Good range of choice of places to eat. Accessibility from the motorway is poor. Too many turns and corners. Very expensive fuel £2.05 per litre petrol
Always find motorway stop off expensive so good to bring a sandwich and drink with you especially if you have a few children. I would think that the over heads are expensive but as a regular traveller l see a lot of service stations. I do feel that the pricing is high but it is optional to buy or not. I see a lot of complaints about the toilets but they have always been clean when I've been. The big thank you comes as it's nice to have a motorway break.
