Customer service at the store is disgraceful. Bought a Tommee Tippee steriliser and it broke after two uses. The manager of the store said I had to call Tommee Tippee and get a reference number before Mothercare would replace it. Surely that is Mothercare's responsibility! Tommee Tippee customer service were brill and were as disgusted as I was at having to ring them. My only positive point is that Ish from the store was really good.....the Manager and the rest of the staff should follow his example! Will shop elsewhere in future. You should hang your heads in shame Mothercare

Good place, with a large variety of items available. Waiting times for click and collect are lengthy as all customer service is also conducted at the same desk.

Customer service is bad! They keep selling us faulty Tommee Tippee Prep machines! Total waste of space!

bad customer service. Most of the staff don't care if you waiting in the queue. Disorganized click and collect service. It's supposed to be a quick service. Will never be using the leicester store again.

Really disappointed in the customer service I received today, I went to collect a parcel, this lady at the till started asking me questions about my parcel, hardly interested she carried on fiddling with whatever she was fixing for five minutes. I’m heavily pregnant and due in a week, a chap came over whilst she still half asked asked me more questions... he went n got my parcel immediately... did not expect this rubbish service- so disappointed
