The shop is mainly aimed at young/New parents. With that in mind they should hold in mind sometimes things don't always work out. Unfortunately we lost our daughter and had a delivery off Mothercare whilst in hospital. We had to grow the strength to take the parcel back that we couldn't bare to open and were met with moody staff who were totally unsympathetic and opened the parcel in front of us and made us go through each individual item which caused a great deal of stress to look at with our current situation. My feelings are that as a company that thrives off new parents, there needs to be a better, more individual policy for those select few who have their lives turned upside down when things don't go to plan.
Simply brilliant customer service and excellent product information on the pram and car seat I was looking at. Very helpful indeed and they even pointed out the better deal on the internet. When the items came they spent time putting it together for me and showing me how to fit the car seat correctly. Great 5 star service Stacey.
Felt like the security was focusing and following us since my husband and I first walked in... Didn't feel comfortable, he followed us around from a distance when we browsed the prams/pushchairs. No other staff approached us to see if we needed help. Shame, the store looked lovely but didn't feel welcomed.
A nice spaceous Mothercare that is very modern and makes you feel like you will be buying quality products the minute you walk through the door. Its' great for ideas and great for presents. Like most Mothercares it is not the cheapest place to shop but you always know you'll be getting something of quality when you shop there.
The Walsall Mothercare has a large selection of baby and womens cloths. Staff are friendly and the other shops inside are great too. HOWEVER the toilets are appalling and the baby changing room stinks, the milk warmers are filthy and not suitable to put baby bottles into. I was unable use it for hygiene purposes.
Becky and Stacey are fantastic. They helped us pick the perfect car system for us. This people is how customer service should be done. I'm difficult to please and I train customer service for a living. They exemplified this in every way
check your recipe every time you do shopping here. 2 items of 6 was charged more extra.
Very nice shopping place.Some good bargains.
