Shop it self is good but the new soft play price is scandalous! £5.50 for the smallest soft play area I've ever been to, and I go to a lot of them with my daughter! £3 FOR THE BABY AREA AS WELL. Mothercare need to reduce the price of this as it will affect the reputation of the store.
I sometimes get the impression that there is not enough staff to help everyone at the same time. So you can be waiting around for ages before being able to speak to someone about a product. However when you do speak to a member of staff they are always very helpful and insightful about their products.
Its almost impossible to navigate this retail park if you don't know what section a shop is in. However, when we found Mothercare the service was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful in finding a suitable car seat for us.
Good customer service today at aintree, all staff great and A member called Craig sorted out missing furniture parts instead off having to wait 10 days

The staff are not helpful ,not cooperative and rough . They ignored us and didn't give us any advice and we wait for ages for one of them to serve us . I will not visit this store again
