Slow delivery and  no response to my email. Also unable to get through  by phone. Reluctant to use again, there are more reliable firms around.

I have been using them for 6 months now..Great smelling oils.. I use in my diffusers..I like the free delivery, no matter how small the order..
The service and communication  has been excellent.. I've had helpful emails and phone conversations giving me explanations of the essential oil blends they have and which oils go together and why.

I bought from 'Mother Natures Goodies' through ebay on August 30th. By Friday September 8th,  I thought they had more than enough time to deliver the items and so I contacted them.  On the evening of Sunday September 10th I received a message saying 'I am terribly sorry to learn that your item is actually still with us at the moment'. I appreciate people make mistakes, but this was my first time buying from 'MNG' and it was my last.  They could not supply one of the three items I ordered and said they were sending the other two items for Tuesday delivery. However, without one item there's no point in having the other two. There seems to be a complete lack of communication and an inability to handle a simple problem, they sold something they don't have. So, unlike another reviewer, I have to say service is terrible and communication is unhelpful at best.

I have ordered many times from Mother Nature's Goodies and have always been delighted with my purchases. I needed something today and was in a rush so decided to drive the 50 miles to the shop and collect it myself. The building doesn't look much from the outside but the welcome and attention we received was second to none. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful, they even kept the dog entertained with a supply of ping pong balls while we chatted. When the staff weren't quite sure if a product was available the owner/ manager himself came out and helped. He was really charming and so knowledgeable about his products. Thank you all for a fab morning. Worth every mile. Xxx
