Best everyday Indian food in Edinburgh without doubt. Tapas style means you can experiment a little and always keep a spot for your fab dish. Daily specials, prompt service, competitive pricing and amazing food keeps this place busy all the time!! Book in advance !!

Cannot rate this place highly enough! Food is fantastic, staff are exceptional, service is fast.  Some of the best Indian food I’ve had and some great twists on classics. Great from groups and couples as dishes are perfect for sharing. Considering moving to Edinburgh for this place

Really good choices of food. Everything we ordered was so very tasty and much enjoyed.  Social distancing was well in place. Staff were helpful, masked and attentive. Thoroughly recommend it.

We've been in Edinburgh for 3 years now and struggled to find an Indian restaurant that we'd go back to, but that was amazing!! We really enjoyed our meal, and we'll definitely be ordering from Mother India Cafe again!

A great place to experience a wide range of small dishes. Very reasonable prices and friendly and fast service. Tasty menu and a good socially distanced setup.
