Excellent portion sizes, chips are a little lilly white so if you've time ask them to give them 3 minutes extra. Quick service. Would be nice if they did a smaller portion meal. Pies are hard and extremely bland, I'd pay more for a better product but there ideal for a dog treat or if you need extra bricks on a building project. Had them 3 times, in case I'd tried on off days; and they are the worst I've ever had in 50 years.

Good portion size special is massive price very good. Nice and clean inside staff really friendly. Only takes cash which in 2018 is strange there is a cash machine outside.

amazing fish and chips. the large cod is more a wale then a fish. and cooked perfectly. indoor seating and parking.

Simply the best Fish n Chips ever. Visited with my Sister and her Family. Kids loved their food. Good value. But the food and premises is only a part of what makes this place 5 Stars. It's the friendly staff. No rolling eyes, tuts or sighs. Can't wait to travel 130 miles up there just to have the opportunity to eat here again.

Used to be fresh and tasty but recently it's like they re-fry an old fish if they have one that hasn't been sold. It's happened to me twice now. Won't be going back
