Unprofessional staffnMy car modified by AMG Mercedes engineers and there’s nothing wrong with it and even prepared for MOT the day before and it approved but the guy who checked my car here didn’t even listen to me after they failed my car because of modified exhaust light on dashboard, so disappointed never go back there again .
Awfull guys , gettting random cars , no point to have appointment anyway will be late 30 minutes instead of appointment hours . Terrible system
For the first time in a few years I got a genuinely nice guy who was pleasant and efficient. Car passed no problem. Should have got the guys name as he was a credit to the DVA
I've had 3 problems past 2 weeks with the same guy saying about a clip on my car and has failed it 2 times even though it was all fixed he still failed it with 1 small wee thing cause it was loose. While others cars are on their last legs keeps failing mine. I'll be on the reporting this guy for wasting my money.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived a bit late but had a genuine reason, and they still took the test.nIt failed, but all sorted now
