Excellent location with a lovely and calm walk into Stratford. Amazing host who was kind, warm, and patient and made a lovely breakfast :Rooms: 5/5
All those 5 star ratings you're reading are absolutely true! Bill is the most helpful and amazing host, who provided us with all the options and tips. You can see that he loves what he does. Awesome self-made Marmelade and cake and breakfast. The rooms very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommended!Rooms: 5/5
I had a lovely stay at Moss Cottage. Bill and Peter were lovely hosts and were friendly and informative. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a joy and I suggest you try the breakfast trifle as well. I would definitely recommend!
Bill was a lovely, welcoming and friendly host. He is obviously very knowledgeable about the area and on top of that, he produces the most amazing breakfasts. Peter is clearly a whizz at the jam and marmalade making, with a brilliant selection available for your homemade toast. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh towels. Moss Cottage is so close to everything - you don’t need a car, although we did take ours, but only used it once whilst we were there. Everything is within walking distance and you certainly won’t starve as there is a multiplicity of restaurants and cafés in town. A great way to explore Shakespeare’s environment and a trip to the less-well-known and performed ‘All’s well that ends well’ rounded off a very pleasant trip.
I recommend this place highly. The host is friendly and helpful and prepares a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are large and clean with private bathrooms. On-site parking is available, and it is a short walk into Stratford.Rooms: 5/5
Bill was an excellent host. He made us feel so welcome, gave us lots of tips of where to go. Nothing was too much for him. Excellent breakfast. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Bill keep up your good work and great personality.Service: 5/5
Our twin room was spacious and the beds were really comfy. Plenty of drawers and wardrobe space for a longer stay. Breakfast was fantastic. I had the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon creaminess eggs I have ever had. Home made bread and excellent marmalade made it a 10 star breakfast. I bought 6 jars to take home. The hosts were welcoming and helpful about where to go in Stratford. Added bonus were the tips on marmalade making which I shall be trying. Cannot wait to return
This place is amazing lovely welcome from bill and the rooms are very clean modern and comfortable location is great for Stratford very worthy of a 5 star rating I would give them more if I could breakfast is very good too thanks bill for a wonderful stay I recommend to stay here if you can Rooms: Rooms are spacious clean and comfy Nearby activities: Very close to all Stratford attractions
Bill is a welcoming and helpful host. Room and bathroom more tham adequate. Excellent value for money. Recommended.Rooms: 4/5
Best B&B in Stratford Upon Avon. Everything is clean and the food is delicious. Walkability: Short walk to town centre 10 - 15 mins, horse racing 10 minutes away.
