The receptionists women are very good and very polite. I don't know why some people say they are not when they are indeed polite. I have been a patient for 6 years. Going to change for the exhausting waiting list. The receptionists and administration helped me many times. Thanks for all. They are the front desk and take a lot of blame when there is clearly a big managerial and funding issue. I frankly had a problem before with the lady manager because of an aesthetical surgery rejected but on another occasion she got all my paperwork printed out and I appreciated that. There is a MASSIVE shortage of doctors and this results in very long waiting lists to book an appoitment. A month to get an appointment by phone with a doctor? No thanks. No more. Doctors change continuously. Bad situation.
I don't know what happened to them ,they used to be nice and helpful. They have changed management more than once and now there is no one worse in the area. the doctors are unsympathetic sarcastic and make you feel very unsafe. Just run as fast as you can.
The reception team is really bad as soon as they open the phone they speak to you as if they don’t want to help!. Come on man! Why you working if you don’t like your job. Not happy. There’s people out there that are truly sick show some empathy.
Do not join this practice especially if you have small children. The two times I’ve had appointments they have kept me waiting 30/40 minutes with young children with me. When you see the doctors they are lovely but are let down by terrible times management, reception etc. at my most recent visit for my sons immunisations I was 5 minutes late and they kept me waiting a further 20 minutes to tell me the nurse wouldn’t see me. Terrible service and have joined a new gp surgery.
Worst doctor I have ever spoken to. She was laughing with my health problems, I asked her to stop laughing as I’m feeling uncomfortable and feels like a joke and she was like “I’m not laughing, I’m just telling you” Worst experience ever, doctors shouldn’t be like that making patients so uncomfortable and on top of that she didn’t even give solution to my problem and what I asked on my appointment.
The receptionist was extremely rude and didn't bother to try and help me at all. I had to wait 20 minutes just to finally reach her only for her to give me attitude. She clearly doesn't know what she's doing.
Appalling service! My new born baby was not seen 3 times that I went even though I had a booked appointment each time. They said the doctor/nurse simply didn't show up and no one called to let us know that the appointment was cancelled. This happened 3 times! I thought the NHS is at least meant to prioritise babies?! A complete joke.
Have given my sister the wrong prescription dosage. From all the other reviews I’m not sure how this practice is still allowed to operate.
It's like it never opened, I've been waiting almost 3 years to be seen by one of their doctors, if they have any, as I always find myself talking to a nurse, who keep telling me to go to the hospital. SHAME ON YOU
You have to take action for your reception staff.The ladies are there are unrespectfull non helpfull,aggresive .This is not normal the only lady is helpfull is the black lady.Someone have to change the staff.we suffer from mental health and is affecting our health a lot this situation.thank you
