Had used Mortons before to replace a front door. Decided to go with a Mortons orangery with glass lantern roof instead of traditional build for our new small extension. Best decision. Smooth process from initial design to completion. The guys worked really hard in very hot weather but were unfailingly polite, respectful and good humoured. Tracey kept in contact all the way through to ensure we were happy. Had a couple of small things that needed to be sorted which Mortons did promptly and without hesitation. That's the mark of a professional company. Big plus - we now have a small extension that looks much more stylish than a traditional build would have been.
It is a great pleasure to write a review for this company. We came across this firm following a house viewing with our daughter where a Morton orangery had been installed, we were so impressed we contacted them immediately to discuss our ideas to add an orangery to our own property. Our build has just completed and we are absolutely delighted with it. From our initial meeting with Kevin, to the surveyor, groundwork’s, electricians, plasterer and Granny & Neil, who did the majority of the build, were exemplary, everything has been done to the very highest of standards. There was not a single day from the start of the project to the finish approximately 1 month that there was not someone here working and the whole project ran very smoothly with regular courtesy calls from the office team to check we were happy with everything. This company won’t be the cheapest you will find but having had several different home projects over our 50+ years of home ownership this firm are of the highest standard and the quality is worth the price. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Morton and thanks to all for such a wonderful addition to our home, a company that clearly understands that quality workmanship and using professional trades people results in excellent outcomes & therefore repeat business. A very reputable local firm, congratulations to you all and we wish your business every success in the future.
Had 2nd Garden Rooms Built by Mortons, one for us one for mother ours 100% mothers an issue with guttering now sorted by the fitter who done ours mothers now 100% Thank you
Excellent experience with Morton, from the initial contact with James in the Dereham showroom through to installation of a new front door at my elderly mother's house. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and efficient. Mum's new door looks great and has improved her security. We went to Morton as they had installed new windows for me some 15 years ago and I'm still happy with them.
We had some extensive work done to our 1930's property. Morton knocked through our kitchen/diner, lifted the roof of our old unusable extension allowing us to create a utility room and a separate wet room, they did a half tiled half glass roof which is AMAZING! The tradesman were polite and tidy, we had regular contact from the office to check we were happy with everything during the build which was great. Would have no trouble recommending this Company, they have transformed our property and have done a fantastic job! Thank You
Over the moon with the replacement windows we had installed last week, James the designer was very helpful and informative, the office staff where friendly and the installers where clean tidy and efficient. Had these guys in to replace our old rotten windows, excellent service from start to finish. Price quoted was price paid. Extremely professional. Turned up on time each day and worked in a clean and tidy manor. Will be having them back to do remaining doors and windows when they need doing. Highly recommended.
Been trying to correct a leek in our conservatory roof for ages. ‘Fitters’ have been to ‘inspect’ more than once and coming again tomorrow. It needs a new seal replacing but they just whack silicon on - and so it keeps leaking. No one seems to want to listen to us.
Very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson but sadly couldn't help with the type of windows that we wanted.
I was very pleased with the honesty and friendly advice I was given. For what I need they cannot supply but gave me good advice
