My daughter went in this morning and ordered breakfast sandwiches for the family and dinner sandwiches for her ongoing travels .she could not believe the price and quality .outstanding and also said the atmosphere was great and staff very friendly ..Food: 5/5
Really disappointed today, I've been a good customer for over 10 years regularly buying sandwiches for me and my family. So today I ordered a B.E.S.T and a large ham sandwich for my grandson. While I was waiting I called to a shop and returned soon after, the lady on the cooked section was chatting to a chap she had known. I was left waiting for over 15 minutes. After this time I asked if my sandwich was ready !! I was told the shop was busy I'd need to wait my turn, I'd been waiting over 15 minutes and customer were being served who had arrived after me. After being a good customer this as left me Suprised and shocked. I've always been loyal to mortimers cafe but now I'm more than happy to go elsewhere with how I was treated.
A very nice little sandwich shop/cafe. Clean. Food good quality. Service friendly. Also very good price's. Definitely will return.Food: 5/5
Busy place only have few tables for sitting in. Few steps down into the shop so not recommended for wheelchair uses, but I am sure if you order at the door they would assist. Overall average but I will return.

Our local caff. Smashing friendly staff. Great breakfast. Love the savoury mince n onion pie when it's on - which is quite regular. Big thumbs up from me.
Staff always great u with a smile as soon as u open the door. Very helpful. Food is nothing but delishes very friendly staff from start to finish if it hungry go get yourself food from here .

Lovely friendly polite staff. The sandwich we had was excellent, very filling. Lots of filling and fab selection of toppings.
Nice clean little cafe, busy with people coming and going all the time which is always a good sign! Great breakfast and a lovely cup of tea!
