Tennielle at Mortgage IQ was excellent. She took all the stress out of getting a mortgage for me. She was always quick with her replies to phone calls and emails . She is such a pleasant girl and very efficient. She worked hard to get the best deal for me. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Really happy with our dealings with Mortgage IQ. Tennielle and Phil really made the whole process so easy to understand, broke it all down for us and made what at first seemed a daunting process very simple. I am so glad we went with them, they did everything they promised and more. Phil kept on top of the whole mortgage application process for us, checking in with us regularly and always calling when he said he would-which I think is really important. Such a well handled service, I would really recommend to anyone-and will in the future!
