Am absolutely disgusted in this sorry excuse for a pharmacist- and the one star would be zero if I could've left a review. My daughter was advised by her doctors surgery at 4.30pm to take her son aged 5 to the nearest pharmacist as there were no appointments available- he had earache, was crying and the pharmacist refused to look at him 'now', saying just call 111. A cold hearted excuse for  human being

it goes something like this. is my wifes prescription ready for pick up please,a few minutes latter suprise,suprise no it will be at least half an hour can you call back later on.what with the price of petrol,no ill wait.well it may be more than half an hour but if you would like to wait thats fine.i have been picking up my wifes prescription every friday for years heaven knows how much extra petrol its cost me over this period of time would you believe they on the rare occasion get it on time hence the one star.

Poor customer service, rude and unhelpful.  This pharmacy doesn't seem to understand the concept of a private prescription. Further to this they also seem unable/unwilling to even check their emails, based on the attitude of the guy in charge I guess it was probably just too much effort.

Hate writing negative reviews however, my last visit to pick up our 'repeat' prescriptions, apparently we hadn't asked for them! We don't ask for them now as they have been on automatic repeat for a long while now. I had a very condescending response from the guy that works there. He was also rude and patronising. This chemist is on my doorstep and don't want to move just because one member of staff is slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing customer service.

What a terrible pharmacy. There is obviously a dispute taking place between other pharmacies in the area and Morrisons pharmacy. Customer dealings are NOT a strong point of this pharmacy. They can't even record prescriptions which they have ordered but have been dispensed by another pharmacy. It is called record keeping. It is not the patients fault the medical practice decided to send the prescription to another pharmacy rather than the one from which it was ordered. It is no good repeating the mantra, "you have to tell them which pharmacy you want it to be dispensed from." WE KNOW THIS, SOMETIMES THE MEDICAL CENTRE GETS IT WRONG, THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR YOU TO NOT RECORD ADEQUATELY WHAT ORDERS YOU HAVE PRESENTED TO THE MEDICAL CENTRE FOR DISPENSING.

Awful. After moving from Saltney Morrison’s I’ve had problems probably every time in 2 years. Scripts never done or ready, pharmacist on his lunch and no one else able to dispense, misplayed prescriptions, short on medicine, and getting two important ones that get ordered together every 10 days constantly out of sync. I did fill in a questionare a few months ago and highlighted these issues but nothing’s changed apart from one rude lady who’s become even more rude with her customer skills. Wouldn’t recommend them if you need  reliable pharmacist. Time for a change

Called to speak to the pharmacist, got a irate response from whoever's answering the number, wasn't the pharmacy number as it states on Google, was the supermarkets number. got cut off numerous times.....

Very helpful people working here. Always got a smile and always do their best to sort any requests.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help if there is a problem with a prescription.
