Fab customer service! Always wanting to help, clearly explain what’s going on. Must admit they have got incredibly busy recently due to the queue’s but they treat everyone individually. Im a big person on treat people with respect and they will respect you back! Have witnessed some awful customers talking to the staff disgustingly when it’s not their fault. Seen a photo below about them being closed for lunch….. they are entitled to a lunch break. I’m sure if you work you get a lunch break? Fab pharmacy can’t complain, keep doing what you’re doing. With all the pharmacy closures in Weston I can only imagine the work load you will get.
Rang my surgery for help and was referred to the pharmacy. I had a callback from them within an hour, all my details taken and he decided I did need to speak to a GP. Later in the day after speaking to someone at the surgery, a prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up within 20 mins. Very courteous and quick service. Glad I changed to them.
Do not go to this chemist. Especially is sue the pharmacist is working..

Having used this pharmacy for many years I’ve always found the staff helpful especially with any prescriptions.

Terrible service here. Staff are often rude and it takes them ages to get your script ready, often a week or more from ordering from GP.
In spite of the trouble I cause them. They keep on trying to do their best under all circumstances.
