WARNING, do not use morrisons pay at pump. it can take £100 and may not dispense fuel. it will take 7 days to have the money returned.
Visited after shop had shut on a Sunday but station was open. You wouldn't have known it was open as the main forecourt lights weren't on. It wasn't till I drove in they came on. I went to the pump and nothing happened. I had seen a member of staff sat on a stool inside so walked over to ask what was happening. He point to a had written sign on the window and said it was certain pumps I could use with my card only. I asked if I could use the 5 pence off voucher which was the only reason I called to fill up but he apologized and said I would have to come back the next day. Not ideal and didn't go back.
Criminally high prices for petrol. Travel 10 minutes to driffield and fill up there, its worth the trip due to the price difference
Took advantage of the fact that Tesco's filling station was closed for several weeks having a refurb and hiked up the fuel prices by charging Motorway services prices for fuel, even the smaller village filling station just 5 minutes outside of Bridlington on the A614 was cheaper, unfortunately their opening hours were not as long as would have used the smaller independent filling station more.
Good staff and good worth of money
Top notch prices ripping off customers now that local competition from Tesco is temporally suspended. How dare they. Do you think that the customers will not notice.
Awful! Most expensive for 20 miles around and nearly 20p more expensive than morrisons scarboro. You think its a great idea to rip off Brid residents? Well i will not be using you again for fuel or food. Tescos pumps back open and much more reasonsbly priced. Well done Tescos
I went to the car wash for me it was ok because I had my card to pay for a wash instead of going into the shop, however, the lady in front of me only had cash and was told she could buy a ticket at the machine. You can't, there is not anywhere to use cash. I helped her by paying on my card and she gave me the money. Just be aware of this. Machine ok but you to need use the silver option, bronze is no good.
It's a super market petrol station price fell the following day
I consider it a lot before giving less than 5 stars but in this case I need to speak for others like me. We were recently visiting the area for an extended time and on most visits I found the staff to act very suspiciously towards me and obviously profiled me, not to the point of rudeness but definitely not subtle in their assumption that I'm a thief. Whenever I paid for something like coffee or bottled gas and went to pick it up on the way out from the machine like most people do, or when collecting the gas- I was asked on several occasions if I've paid for it even by the person I'd literally just paid!! After the first time they did this I asked for a receipt every time because I had to pay AGAIN for the coffee I'd just paid for the 1st time it happened to avoid confrontation, so every other time I asked for a receipt so I could prove it... and was indeed asked to show the receipt. Again several times from the same person I had literally just paid!! Even when the garage shop was empty I was still asked to prove I'd paid for the coffee that I'd literally just paid that staff member for. Are they bigoted or just inefficient with bad memories? I know I have a lot of tattoos which cost a lot of money so would indicate someone who doesn't need to steal and I dress alternatively and am disabled and use walking aids but that doesn't make me a thief and it's quite upsetting to be profiled on my appearance. If I was an ethnic minority I'd be even more upset. Perhaps if your staff paid attention to their customers this wouldn't happen. A real let down to the company and the ONLY morrisons that I've ever had a problem in. So, please, Morrisons Bridlington- read the room of the entire nation and stop profiling people!!!
