Got there at 10:25, pay at the pump looked to be working fine. Scanned my card only to have someone start mumbling from the door that they were closed. Other staff member from behind the till had then cancelled the transaction.nnI'm all for a getting ready to close up and make a move asap when it's been dead but if a customer turns up 5 minutes before you close you do your job. And only wanted the self serve anyway! Lazy chancers.
Very good clean and friendly staff
I like Morrisons. I really do. HOWEVER, I queued here twice which took over 20 minutes. The petrol is too expensive and the car wash is truly tragic. Now, what I'm really thinking is... Morrisons appear to make decent profits but it works out at well under a million £ per store. That's not so much. But, imagine ... these queues are costing other people time, and for some people time = money. Not for me. Time = opportunities to rant about greedy supermarkets and their lack of eco awareness and general inability to accept the complaints and compliments of people that actually want to improve things for everyone.nEMPLOY SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE.nI'm sure you can do this even if this store only makes Morrisons 150k per year.nMorrisons do sell their own biscuits though in the petrol station so you can get fat for less nMore staff, less hydrogenated fats...there's a new slogan for you.nnI thank you. Cheapest fuel all the time as they own the tankers that fill the pumps. I wouldn't spend £3 to get there and save 30p thought. If passing give your vehicle a little fill.nVery friendly staffneasy access
Very good service, however, the scope to stay covid free is on the sparse side. No disposable gloves at the pumps, no bags to cover your hands with either and when I visited, there was no hand sanitiser outside either. In fairness, there was sanitiser at the till, however, in my view these days, that is too little to late. A national company such as Morrison really has no excuse for diminished customer safety protocols. As such, this place only gets three stars and each star is because of the helpful, pleasant and friendly staff here.
