Despite displaying the Morrisons brand everywhere, apparently they don't accept the Morrisons More Card and they helpfully told me that they don't make company policy and I should contact their Head Office if I was unhappy. Shocking
Love the staff, meal deal labels are appalling, the queue behind trying to get the correct deal was embarrassing, please sort it, separate into sections it will make it so much easier for your staff and customers!

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Disrespectful StaffnI have visited the Morrisons petrol station several times, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The staff are consistently unfriendly and show no respect towards customers. They are often on their phones, making video calls while working, and I have even noticed that I am being filmed during these calls, which is completely unacceptable and makes me feel very uncomfortable.nAdditionally, the staff speak in a language I do not understand while I am present, which feels exclusionary and unprofessional in a customer service environment. This only adds to the feeling of being disrespected and unwelcome.nDue to the consistently poor quality of service and lack of basic customer respect, I will no longer be using Morrisons petrol stations. If I could, I would give 0 stars.
