Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Disrespectful StaffnI have visited the Morrisons petrol station several times, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The staff are consistently unfriendly and show no respect towards customers. They are often on their phones, making video calls while working, and I have even noticed that I am being filmed during these calls, which is completely unacceptable and makes me feel very uncomfortable.nAdditionally, the staff speak in a language I do not understand while I am present, which feels exclusionary and unprofessional in a customer service environment. This only adds to the feeling of being disrespected and unwelcome.nDue to the consistently poor quality of service and lack of basic customer respect, I will no longer be using Morrisons petrol stations. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

I was overcharged on a meal deal due to unclear signage. After several emails, customer service sent me a £5 voucher, but when I tried to use it in store it didn’t scan and staff couldn’t accept it. Far too much effort over £4. Very disappointing service.
The fuel price was very competitive when compared with Esso, which is hardly 500 m down the road
Picked the wrong drink for a meal deal. The cashier was on speaker phone the whole time. I asked for a refund of the £7 but was told I cant have one and wasn't given a receipt.nNo more monthly car washes here.
