Not been here for a long time. Won't be visiting again in the near future. There was a bad smell near the raw meat area! Even my young daughter noticed it. Made us feel sick. Easter eggs were more expensive than other supermarkets. Had a coffee in the cafe. Mug was chipped around the rim .
Good range of products both gluten free and ordinary. Wide aisles and all well stocked. Asked a member of staff re gluten free Yorkshire puddings and he just said 'never seen them before' even though I mentioned I saw them on Morriston website. Most other big stores would check at terminal or handheld checker.
Only went for a few bits,nicely laid out,good choice of fruit and vegetables,nice baked goods selection,got a good offer on face cream reduced to half price! Would shop here more often but find their prices more expensive than other supermarkets
I go here usually twice or even 3 times a week. Usually plenty of choice from: fresh and frozen food, to sweet stuff and drinks. Also has a clothing department. Thirdly some fresh produce is made in store such as: pies, bread, cake. A big car park and a cafe.
Another successful shopping hunting for beef short ribs !!! Every visit do not disappoint, always i will find the kind of meat i am looking for specially unique ones like bone marrow or ox tail
The food was good the staff were really quite miserable and not just one of them most of them need to learn how to smile and be more pleasant
My first visit and was very pleased. Store was clean, quiet and warm. A good variety of items as well
The store is very accessible, easy to shop, and cheap with quality product
Ludicrously overpriced, prices on shelf don't correspond to prices when scanned at the till, nobody around to help on self service, all 8 tills flashing red and nobody in sight. Not been for a while due to prices rising every week, won't be bothering again.
No staff... no one to ask for help. There was one person doing the butcher and deli counter. So people were waiting while he ran back and forth. And for weeks now I've been for a banoffee tart as they was the best around and they have not made any for ages I asked a member of staff if they have been discontinued as ive made about 5 trips to buy one and she said there are no staff to make them. Very poor.
