Problems: - Lifts often not working. 6 Lifts and on occasions only 1/2 working - Despite asking for 'Best' tomatoes (not tiny ones) there have not been any for the last 4 Sunday's - Nobody appears to check that cars parked in the Blue card area do actually have a Blue card. There has often been abuse in this matter. Apart from the above I find the store is pleasant and well stocked with friendly helpful floor staff

Conveniently located in the north end of Sutton Town centre, this supermarket always seems busy with too few check outs. Good veg, meat and fish, not so good for bakery and wine, even with the recent refund to these areas. I prefer the new Sainsbury's at the South end of the High Street even though it is less convenient for me.

Morrison Sutton is my local and have shop there over 15 years. Their products are better and particularly their lamb is tastier than all leading supermarkets (yes, I've tried them all). I've had only 1 bad experience over the years which was a customer related but I was impressed by the swiftness service provided by the manager. I also will always remember Morrison was the only supermarket not affected by the horse-meat saga as they have farms within UK.

Conveniently located within a stone's throw of the train station, a cab rank and several bus routes. Large enough to do a full week or months shopping but NOT a Superstore. Good Fresh meat, fish and bakery sections. Small Cafe, toilets Lifts to entrances/exits and the 2 level car parks. Parking is mostly uncovered. Constantly busy shop.

I like this Morrisons in Sutton. I remember one time when I used to visit here and feel the tension in the air. Everything was disorganized and messy. But a few years ago a manager from somewhere quite special came in and totally revamped this Morrisons and now it's an absolute pleasure to shop in. Everything is clearly displayed and easy to navigate around. They have a great 'build your own pizza' section where you can get a 14 inch pizza for £3.40! That's with four toppings of your choice, and they taste sooo good. Really like their bread section, especially the freshly baked rolls yum!!! And the olive ciabatta! Overall, very impressed with their selection of goods. But not everything is perfect though. At times I need to ask a question and the only people available are the shelf stackers. They suddenly become very involved in their stacking when they see me approaching (please don't ask me a question, please!!!) But I ask them anyway and with no eye contact they take me to where I need to be. Makes you feel like a pest, but not everyone is good at communication so maybe they just find it awkward. Something to improve on I think. Other than that, great shop! Love it.
