Arrived early morning from Leeds and because the stores are all now done out in the now familiar market street style it’s like home from home . Obviously there are differences in shop layout but the basics are there . Turned in at the roundabout on Bitteswell road and followed roadway along the side of the shop . Passed the ATM on the left and turned left at the end of the building . There are 12 disabled bays 7 to the side of the store and 5 opposite main entrance . All paving and floors flat and level throughout. Automatic sliding door entrance into main foyer which is a pop up garden centre March to September. In the store itself the familiar layout . Kiosk and manned customer services to your left . Customer WC next to them and then the cafe . I used the disabled WC and found it difficult to get my chair in !! It was a bit of a squeeze !!! Service In the cafe was great and getting shopping was just like being at home . The fairly large car park takes getting used to as you are guided around it to get back out . Watch the signs . I was told that the 2hour limit is monitored for parking !!! Amazon locker -Autumn is in the foyer along with photo booth 2xATM on outside wall under cover and illuminated at night
Good supermarket, plenty of fooding options available.. found some item costlier from ALDI. Good food options available from hot oven products to fresh food from cafe inside the supermarket. Toilets are also neat and clean
Had a lovely fruit tea in the cafe & found the shop to be well stocked & innovative. Bought some delicious falafels & salad in the deli
Very abrupt man on checkout in Lutterworth today . Upset my wife . Wears a face /gas mask and is hard to understand. Staff in store usually very nice ..Believe he is called craig . Avoid him , bad experience.
We called here fir breakfast on our way to Wembley.Great food excellent service .
Pleasent store, with great cafe staff. A little small and limited in range though. Outdoor laundry machines in the carpark and Amazon delivery box in the foyer.
Great store with some different products well worth a visit
It's Christmas so is to be expected but the shelves were quite bare. Still better stocked than Asda though
Not a bad breakfast for the money but it wasn't very hot
Morrisons had a good gluten free section. A nice store to visit.
