This morrisons has really gone downhill recently. There are some lovely staff but nothing seems to get done. The store is filthy a lot of the time. Recently, there was a box of drinks covered in bird poo just discarded to one side. Crates and cardboard left all around the store. Sometimes it's like an obstacle course!
I asked for custard donuts this morning around 9.30. The bakery lady told me they would be ready in 15 minutes. I continued doing the shopping. The lovely bakery lady brought the donuts to me about 5 minutes when I was in the crisps aisle. So very kind to look for me in the shop, many thanks again for being so customer friendly.
Such poor and ignorant staff!we pressed the beer button and waited for closely 30mins,We were like 5 customers!tried to speak to a lady asking her for any help but she walked away while talking i'm busy bla bla bla!,I mean,speak like a professional and offer guidance!A tall lady!behave and train on customer service.nAgain,if you people have to lock the alcohol in those isle,provide ASAP customer service and train your staff to be professionals not to behave like illitrate fellas.
I've hidden a raw fish and some open milk somewhere warm in the store, you have around a day before the smell begins...good luck
As a shop good. But avoid the ribs from the hot food counter.. me and my mrs had it and we are both still throwing up the next day.
