Popped in whilst the car was being serviced by Ford next door. Had a nasty experience with their breakfast.  Fell into the trap of being hungry and seeing a lovely image of their breakfast.  Ordering is automated, so actually viewing the food at the counter is a no-no.  £6 for something I can only describe as "RANK".  Table service was a joke. Upon ordering the food, you are invited to take a "flag" to be placed on the table. You put your "flag" number into the machine. I assume to display your location to the service staff.  However, missing the red nose and long boots, the clown came out with the food. Walking around the cafe, calling "breakfast with poached egg," leaving me to call out. Then I had to fetch my own drink, which was extra.  It is also expected for you to clear your own table. Something I normally do anyway at a greasy spoon, after being served with better food, a smile, and at a lower price.  Chances are this breakfast will look better coming out than it did going. It will certainly be warmer.  Crude description, I know. but no doubt factually accurate.

Often visit this store on my lunch break to get a few things as you do. The size of the store is good and everything is well stocked.  However if you ever use the self-checkout and attempt to purchase anything which requires proof of ID, even some medication, prepare to be stood waiting for a long time.  The customer service is appalling to say the least,  I recently, and quite genuinely, had to wait the best part of 15 minutes to get an item 'ID approved' and when the attendant finally decided to come over, there was no apology and more a inconvenient look shot my way.  I completely appreciate during the lunch hour the staff are busy, but this was beyond a joke!

Morrisons supermarket in Redditch is always well-stocked, clean, and organized. The staff is generally helpful, and I've never had a problem finding what I need. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service in the restaurant, which could use some improvement. Overall, it's a great place to do your grocery shopping, and with a few small changes, it could easily earn a five-star rating.

We went for lunch. We got our drinks & had waited about 20 minutes when a member of staff came up to say one of our dinners wasn't available. I asked for a refund but only had one dinner refunded I said I'd ordered 2 she thought I would still want that one. I don't think I should of waited so long & the service on refund was not good.

9am on a sat morning - only 2 tills open and queue at least 6-8 long . I DO NOT get paid as an employee to do the bosses item swiping whilst they sit in their ivory tower counting their profits . They have now lost my custom for good after attempting another shopping trip to their local store .

They are very reluctant to open proper person operated check outs, the self service is less than intuitive and takes a lot longer to use on a big shop even though there was no shortage staff. Also the reward scheme is not rewarding. You get offers on random items that you just wouldn't bother with. It's a shame because we have used Morrisons for years but they just don't seem to care now.

Every single time I shop in Morrisons Redditch I get overcharged. I buy the special offers but they come up at the old price on a regular basis . Then it takes forever to get price checked by staff and an eventual refund . Does Morrisons think my time is not precious ? I haven’t got time for it and by the way the customer service staff are very rude as well . Funny how I’m never undercharged .

Good selection of bakery/cake products together with a very good deli section but standard day to day products/household brands seem more expensive than other local supermarkets.

Plenty of parking. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, flowers and plants. Good selection of groceries and frozen food.

Always check your recipt !! when offers are advertised The ofter the price isn't reflected at the till . I stood at the customer service till only to be told I had to join the other que. Not very helpful and was informed this is always happening.
