Really disappointing experience. Used to come here all the time, made a flying visit just now and the atmosphere was terrible. No music playing, dissapointed customers having to ask why we are waiting 25 minutes for a cooked chicken. Reason being was because "only 1 of the ovens are working". However the 2 huge double rotisserie ovens were spotless and not being used 🤔

My favourite supermarket. Lovely fish counter. Delicious salad bar. Pro tip: have the medium salad with the drink and crisps for£3 - super munchio! I was stuffed.

Visited the cafe in here 3 times now, dont like giving a bad review off just one experience. Very under staffed, tables are always dirty, on every occasion I've been in I've asked for the new beef and ale pie and they never have it. Cups are always badly stained. On my visit today I ended up just having chips and gravy because two of the things I mentioned they didn't have, I also ordered bread and butter. The chips were cold and sent back, the bread had clearly been buttered on a side where they had done toast because all the remnants of the toast were on the underside of my bread and butter, obviously they put my bread and butter on top of each other, top piece was okish, bottom piece was full of the toast remnants from under the top piece. Never again will I eat at this Morrison's.

Absolutely fantastic staff! So helpful I thought I had lost some money,was emptying my bag at customer help desk,I took my epipen out the lady at the desk thought I was ill when she saw it and was there to help me immediately!! Thank you !! My money was in my pocket!

Cnt speak for That Morristons but the store I went to in Bolton was the best run business I've ever had the fortune of seeing Please for the love of good keep up the good work its nice to see people take pride in the work, especially the bakers
