Cane to the store about 3 45 has to ask a member off staff to be served on the fish counter .. She got the kiosk they announced over for a member off staff to the fish counter 9 minuets later I was still standing waiting so u gave up as no one arrived or cared I was waiting .. after I did my shopping 10 min later I saw the member of staff behind the counter as I approached n stood there he saw me waiting but carried on what looked like counting the stock with his machine and ignored me .. So I politely asked I'd I could have a piece of cod n pointed to the price I wanted made no attempt to talk to me then he decided to whistle out loud waited till he weighed my fish told me how much I replied yet that's great thanks have me the fish with no politeness or thank you I am very dissapointed in his attitude am staying with my mum in moorside due to losing my dad suddenly 2 weeks ago and she asked me to do some shopping for her she is a regular user at this store how hard is it to be Polite to a customer he was a bald man maybe late 40s I this is not acceptable at all

This supermarket has some great produce and the prices are reasonable compared to other supermarkets. The cafe here is nice and there is plenty of parking space.

Huge Morrison's with great selection of fresh and frozen food. Can't be beaten on their freshly made stuff like cakes and bread, and pretty good value for most stuff.

Spot on for a local supermarket. Fairly priced and good quality. Never have any issues and I hate going to any other supermarket as I have no idea where to go!

I am a regular shopper at the Doxford store, I find the staff friendly, the shelves well stocked and the produce fresh and reasonably priced
