I regularly use the Alness Click & Collect and I am very happy with the service, but what really makes it for me is the staff. Week after week they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Today it was Derek and he was so helpful. Derek, and the female assistant last week, noticed that I had another delivery booked for later in the day, and offered to see if it was available to save me coming back later, this was a great help to me. Thank you very much!
Pretty poor, Sunday evening nothing on the shelves, perhaps understandable! However, no tills operating 1 hour before closing, pain in the neck if you have to put a big shop through self service. Come on Morrisons I realise people are itching to get home but what does it take to close.
First time in a while since I visited a morrisons store and was disappointed- quality and choice was poor. The only reason I gave 3 stars was the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Certainly be a while before I visited again
Whilst the Alness Store isn't as large or able to carry the range of products that the larger stores have, it makes up for the lack of a larger range by having a friendly staff who get to recognise their regular customers. Another good point is that the stores manager, a Mr Hugh Urquhart, is often out on the floor both ensuring his staff are carrying out their work, and often asks me, with my being a disabled customer, as to how I am, as do several of his team, which is another sign of the way that such supermarkets should follow towards making theit customers feel as if they are special, especially at times like Christmas and the New Year, when a number of the elderly are quite possibly facing being by themselves.
Great store, decent variety of goods, a pity car parking payment is a bit of a flaff tho.
The range of choices gets less every time I shop. No EV charging points discourages me to shop here.
Morrisons cafè we visited today9/10/22 for a coffee and something to eat, not sure if it was down to being short staffed? However..I felt so sorry for the young girl attempting to serve...there was no direction or leadership behind her.People asking for refunds..waiting at least half an hour for food...so many dirty tables full of trays and dishes that needed cleared...it was just a disaster area. We ended up leaving with no food/drinks. Such ashame as its normally nice.
Great place to stop on the way up north. Fuel prices were the best we'd seen in 300 miles. In the cafe, we were very happy with the food and service, barely sat down and our food was ready. Staff are very polite and working hard, could probably do with a few extra folk on shift but I can't fault the staff for that!
Nice supermarket got whats expected mostly but could have a wider range of goods to choose from
I can't complain as the cafe food was nice and made quickly and we got exactly what we wanted from the shop. However stepping into the store was like being transported back to the 90s and not the good parts. It had the feel of an old school safe way supermarket. Really needs the refurbishment to bring it up to date.
