The thrill of occasionally finding a brand new, shiny, shopping trolley makes up for the frequently empty shelves. I can't wait for my next visit!
A very familiar and popular food store. A really good selection of foodstuffs. There is a mass of tinned goods and dried food. A vast selection of home hardware or cleaning products for clothes, crockery and personal hygiene. There is a petrol station and car wash at the entrance to the car park. On a later visit 19/12/2019 at 1215 I was very disappointed to find that the cafe was not up to the standard I expect here. Behind the servers helpful staff pointed out Gluten Free options in the cakes and pastries when asked 5/5 there. However the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Trays and table tops had been wiped with soaking wet, dirty and no doubt germ ridden cloth. Surfaces were wet to the touch and it was obvious that some parts of the tables had not even received treatment.
I have not been here in some time and enjoyed my visit yesterday. Pleased to see there is a new clothes section, with socks at bargain prices, warm jumpers, slippers and pygamas. Got the September hair blonde shampoo which smells like Parma violets and works well. Pizza was a bit crumbly but still liked it .
Morrisons is a great place to carry out your shopping needs. Staff are very friendly and willing to assist you with a smile. Thank you for your great service.
Morrisons is good, I went to the café with my mum and dad for something to eat as we haven't been there for a while, food is really nice.
Doesn't have halal. Or much world foods. Some prices are expensive the Tesco. Otherwise the staff are Brilliant
Excellent range of fish and seafood. Beer range is very good. Update July 22. The only place locally which has kept its butcher, fishmonger and cold meats counter. Update Oct 22. Veg has better quality and lead times than Tesco.
It's a supermarket. Much the same as any other. Except the fish counter, which is excellent.
Clean and presentable store. Wide choice on all foods available.
Not reduced fuel price in line with wholesale prices dropping. Asda is 8.2p / litre cheaper.
