A great store that is always clean when I visit. Generally well stocked and great dates on the fresh foods. The counters in store are excellent, I frequently visit just for them whether it's pizza, bakery or the hot counter. The staff always seem pleasant and happy to help.nThe only occasional let down with this store is the checkouts, sometimes the queues extend down the aisles.
Great store just wish they weren't cutting down their friendly cashier service and replacing them with those horrid self service tills. ,that constantly go wrong and you have to wait for a human assistance to come along so it's false economy as Morrisons still have to pay that person a wage and I.m Sure if Morrisons were to do a survey a majority of customers would opt out of this self service and choose to return to cashiers
I was told not to judge a company when they are doing what they should be doing but how they perform when things go wrong.nMorrison’s have lately had some horrific technical problems, and messed up my Xmas order Big Time.nToday Xmas Eve I went to the Wymondham store in person to try and resolve the problem and save our Xmas dinner.nI have to say that, on showing proof of order, the staff and management were exceptional, Xmas dinner is saved and I wholeheartedly thank them for their response and reactions.
Great idea, letting children scan their own shopping. My grandchildren had a great experience and can’t wait to donIt all again. Thank you
