I am absolutely horrified at the state of this shop,nFirst of all, the customer service was absolutely terrible. Second of all the pasta salad bar wasn’t even that nice and that’s the whole reason I went there so this is absolutely despicable. Okay so in at the Morrisons café there was no sign saying that I was not allowed to sit in the café even though I bought something from Morrisons. I was still not allowed to sit in there after rude comments from a lady with red hair that worked in the café she then eventually came over to us and kicked us out despite all of the old people that had absolutely nothing from Morrisons Café. It was not busy the tables were a mess and the customer service was horrific. Personally, I believe this is ageism. She has no authority to do that all she does is take orders. I am fuming! All the staff were rude and ignorant. And to top this all off the man at the door asked if I wanted a will? What a cherry on top of this terrible experience. I want to give a special mention to Caz working in the Morrisons cafe, who went out of the way to make my experience absolutely terrible today.
I enjoy shopping at Morrisons, but the parking charges are just ridiculous. Hereford isn’t even a tourist city, so why is this Morrisons charging for parking? We were passing through after a trip in Wales and thought we’d stop by to shop, but as soon as we saw the parking fees, we just left. It’s like the council and Morrisons have some kind of feud — charging for parking will definitely drive customers away.
Fantastic, I always feel safe unless the snouts are in there, then I return later when they left. All staff are brilliant, you know real people
Not my first choice of supermarket but to be fair it's pretty good. Bought several items on offer. Need to pay to park but spend £5 in store and tickets is refunded.
This store is in a useful location for 'in town' shopping, with plentiful parking.nMorrisons items are competitively priced, and availability is generally very good. They are also one of the few remaining supermarkets to house a fish, delicatessen & bakery counters. The one weakness is that they sell a lovely selection of fresh cream cakes , but availability in very inconsistent. Go in there at the so-called busier times, and they have nothing or next to nothing, whereas at a so called quite time, they have a full selection.
