This store is in a useful location for 'in town' shopping, with plentiful parking.nMorrisons items are competitively priced, and availability is generally very good. They are also one of the few remaining supermarkets to house a fish, delicatessen & bakery counters. The one weakness is that they sell a lovely selection of fresh cream cakes , but availability in very inconsistent. Go in there at the so-called busier times, and they have nothing or next to nothing, whereas at a so called quite time, they have a full selection.
Started using their on line grocery delivery some weeks ago. Site is good and easy to navigate but delivery is poor. our latest delivery for 16.30 to 17.30 was cancelled altogether. We were promised it next day- again at 16.30 to 17.30 but by 19.30 it still had not arrived. You cannot call the Hereford branch- only a call centre and they said it could be 10pm. I cancelled it- very disappointed.
Not my first choice of supermarket but to be fair it's pretty good. Bought several items on offer. Need to pay to park but spend £5 in store and tickets is refunded.
Very impressed with this branch and its helpful team. The restaurant staff particularly good , professional and courteous! Food very good value. The shop is always clean and tidy and excellent range .
Shopping was fine. Made a mistake on self serve the first young man was a delight and was understanding of my mistake. Also I asked for a receipt and did not get one. I did explain it was my fault by not pressing fast enough to the next young man named Corey, was totally differant a grunt and roll of eyes was his answer. I do understand that this happens at lot. Went through about a hour later and he had to authorise my energy drinks again nothing at all very surly. His rudeness was just not at me also the young lady on next till. Shame as shopping and talking to staff on shop floor was nice
