Staff in cafe lovely. But shop always seems messy. Bought carrots priced at 8p charged 69p.nVirtually every time I go there I am overcharged from the sel price.nDue to self service checkouts and people queueing up to use them I didn't check the receipt until I got home.nAlways overcharged, never the other way around.
Generally it is a good shop to buy mostly everything. Recently noticed the shop have some kind of foul smell end of the first 3 rows. Also we used to buy whole coconuts but recently noticed that, its size is too small and price goes up, more over 5/4 is not good to eat. The coconuts are going in the bin. Please do something about it.This is not a single occasion, this is happening every time.
Met a friend for lunch and she had a lovely breakfast and I had The Best fish and chips I have tasted anywhere in a long time.nWell done Morrisons cafe !!
My overall experience is good - generally a decent choice of fresh meat, fish and fruit & veg with friendly, helpful staff in the main. My complaint is that the 'rewards' usually need me to spend more or are for things which I don't often buy. We are a retired couple who certainly won't spend over £50 for the next five weeks and who have enough storage containers to last our lifetime! My daughter shops at Lidl and receives offers and discounts that are relevant to her purchases.
This store is in a useful location for 'in town' shopping, with plentiful parking.nMorrisons items are competitively priced, and availability is generally very good. They are also one of the few remaining supermarkets to house a fish, delicatessen & bakery counters. The one weakness is that they sell a lovely selection of fresh cream cakes , but availability in very inconsistent. Go in there at the so-called busier times, and they have nothing or next to nothing, whereas at a so called quite time, they have a full selection.
