It's just a supermarket so no great excitement. Used self checkout cos the normal tills were heaving. I would not like to shop here at a weekend. Car park is free.
Had lunch in the cafe I chose the ultimate fish and chips the fish was ok but not as big as I had at Todmorden, the chips were short of some cooking the peas were garden I was expecting mushy, this Morrisons not patch on Todmorden as you can see not a lot of table clearing being undertakenl should have gone to the local spoons instead, i won't be rushing back!
Huge range of things related to different everyday needs. Right near the heart of town, big car parking area. It is very convenient for people walking around town as well.
Popped in for a quick. At the self check out area, I ask the kind gentleman that an error popped up the screen and the man replied “I dont know, what do you want me to do. I asked another member of staff and she happy resolved the error on the screen. I then asked the man if I could have a carrier bag, bearing in mind he’s got some in his hand. He then goes on to say, get them from the rail even though he had some in his hand. Appalled with the service here today. Customer service in any industry can really make or break your shopping experience. Today it’ll have to be a one star rating
Your staf members some are ok but others can be a bit of putting the best ones are michelle bob and there is also a other lady who whears dark glasses she is also ok with my daughter and grandson .
