I was visiting Redcar for 2 days, and I bought several meal deals during my stay for £3.60 each with the More card to eat whilst walking along the coast. I was happy with the selection of meal deals and proximity of the meal deal section to the self-checkouts. I had a breakfast deal at the cafe with sausage sandwich and a coffee. The sausage sandwich was delicious but the coffee wasn't so tasty but did offer free refills. The price for the breakfast deal was average - not expensive but not cheap either. The cafe was clean and so were the toilets. Overall, it served my purpose well.I would return.
Will not be shopping here ever again you've just lost a very loyal customer. Got fined £100 at Xmas for over staying in your car park while I was shopping in the store.nEURO CAR PARKS & MORRISONS should be ashamed of themselves, I'm still waiting for a response.
Store is ok but the Cafe is diabolical. Staff have no idea what they are doing and are as slow as sloths. Never seen the manager on the floor. Half the time they have ran out of food and if they do have food takes 30-40 mins to come. Only in this Morrisons Cafe is it this bad
Lots of empty shelves, huge queues, I couldn't complete my shop so many of the goods I usually buy were missing.I have been shopping at morrisons for years I am very disappointed at the deterioration and lack of stock and customer care that has happened lately. Several of my friends feel the same.
Sunday afternoon shopping trip. Firstly, we had to negotiate around two staff members who were just chatting about something non work related and were blocking the aisle with a trolly. At the checkout we had to wait while the assistant got her mobile phone out of her pocket to ask a shopper to go to the 'locker' to collect an iPhone charger she'd ordered for her 'kids'. She informed us that if she didn't go home with the charger, her kids would go mad! Appalling customer service.nI wonder if I will get a response from Morrisons as it seems they only reply if they receive positive feedback.
