Had a cafe breakfast, porridge little under done, They forgot my toast and twice came to me and said it was on the way, when it did arrive it was just warm bread, my partner had a full English which was ok except for the fried bread which was hard as a rock. They weren't that busy, so I won't be going again.
Visited this store for the first time on 1st Nov 24. Forgot to scan my more card due to having to wait for staff a self checkout to override an item for me. Staff was friendly but was slow was very easily distracted.nI went to customer service explained the issue. And ask if I could have a refund and rebuy the item again.nStaff responded what?nSo I re-explained again, her response was “ I would have to refund the item and make you rebuy it again. which is what I said to her, she then tried to deny me saying this to hernWould help if staff had some listening skillsnIn the end the item was refunded and repurchased.nThank the staff and was given the most unwelcoming look.
Went to buy a large piece of fillet steak as it was steak Saturday. ie, 20% off. No fillet steak . What a joke. Personally I don't like the set up of this shop so I won't be returning
Always fresh and if you shop smart relatively cheap, plenty of affordable fresh options and a brilliant food to go section, if there is a sandwich that they usually stock and is out of stock ask one of the staff around the section and they will make one up for you, usually all the staff are very pleasant and helpful, my go to supermarket.
Just been into Morrisons ,Crewe 9amnWanted a selection of sandwiches on a buffet tray , selection of sausage rolls & fresh pork pies on a Buffet tray &nSelection of fresh cakes on a buffet tray ,nWell no such thing anymore, cos you have to order on line , everything on line ,nSo not happy that I have to make do with single wrapped food , pies & sausage rolls , just not the same old Morrisons
